Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In a warm, home-like setting, you will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor health needs under supervision.

You will document care, report changes to staff, and support residents through meaningful engagement and compassionate communication. A valid CNA license is required, and prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment is

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Experience with dementia desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to appropriate staff.

• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.

• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
