Benchmark Senior Living is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on the 2nd shift (3p-11p). The CNA will deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting and assist with daily activities from Sunday through Thursday.

Candidates must hold a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred. Dementia care interest is a plus, and we offer paid training, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsabilités

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care and reporting health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.
