Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs utilizing effective modalities and interventions such as therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, documenting all findings and clinical reasoning in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide direct care to patients in various settings within the clinic, promoting engagement in their rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on at-home exercises and self-management strategies to ensure continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and maximize patient outcomes across various specialties.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while delivering excellent customer service to foster a welcoming environment for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Lakeland Care Solution, you will work with a diverse client base, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that their rehabilitation goals are met, leading to enhanced recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant software.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Experience with patient education facilitation and care coordination.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary between USD 100,000 and $120,000 annually, complemented by an extensive benefits package.
