This onsite role offers a supportive team, a modern Rehabilitation Center, and opportunities to work across orthopedic, neuro, pediatric and sports rehab with a focus on evidence-based care and patient outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist; DPT preferred.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Designing, implementing, and modifying customized treatment programs based on clinical assessments and patient feedback.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients with various conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports injuries.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes, while also enhancing the therapeutic experience for each individual.
• Educating and training patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, exercises, and recovery strategies, fostering an understanding of their healing process.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously and meeting assigned utilization goals and business objectives to ensure the sustainability of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be focused on a diverse patient population, which includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, and conditions requiring musculoskeletal rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to treat patients of all ages, allowing you to apply your skills and knowledge in various settings while meeting the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist, with a preference for those holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing proficiency in patient assessment and treatment.
• Current CPR certification and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
• A genuine passion for building relationships with clients and the enthusiasm to support them in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, ideal candidates will have experience working in various specialty areas such as:

• Orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
