Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including manual therapy, functional training, and exercise therapy to facilitate patient recovery and restore functionality.
• Deliver exceptional patient care promptly and effectively, embodying the standards of professionalism and compassion at Lakeland Care Solution.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes; this includes meeting regularly to discuss care strategies and progress.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and home exercise programs to promote self-management and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy, along with current CPR certification.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills to establish and nurture patient relationships.
• Basic life support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist is required, candidates with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or advanced training in specialized therapeutic techniques will be prioritized. Previous exposure to a rehabilitation center is advantageous, giving you familiarity with the unique challenges and rewards in such settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
