Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients and families.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and related software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs using evidence-based modalities.
• Monitor progress and document findings in compliance with standards.
• Provide direct care to patients within clinic settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers on at-home exercises and self-management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent patient service.
