• Full-time positions available with:
• Preschool from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m
• We offer competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to $22.30 per hour, based on education and experience.
• Preferred: DCF 45 hrs/exams completed (contingent upon state residency or time in the field)
• Highly Preferred: CDA

Responsibilities:

• Create hands-on activities tailored to children’s needs and interests
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom following essential procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
• Preferred: CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations, employment physicals, and training. You will work in person at an early education center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with policies and laws to ensure children's safety.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $16.50 to $22.30. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. Additionally, a $1,000 hiring incentive is available after 100 days of employment, subject to eligibility.
