• Full-time positions available with:
• Toddlers, Preschool from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m
• We offer competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to 22.30 per hour, based on education and experience.
• Preferred: DCF 45 hrs/exams completed (contingent upon state residency OR time in field)
• Highly Preferred: CDA

Responsibilities:

• Create hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
• Preferred: CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's in early education or related field
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required

Salary and Compensation:

The hourly rate is between $16.50 and $22.30. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. A $1,000 hiring incentive is available after 100 days of employment, subject to eligibility.
