• Full-time positions available for:
• Toddlers and Preschool from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m
• Competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to $22.30 per hour, based on education and experience.
• Preferred: DCF 45 hours/exams completed (contingent on state residency or time in the field)
• Highly Preferred: CDA

Responsibilities:

• Create hands-on activities tailored to children’s needs and interests

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
• CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations and background checks. The position involves working in person at an early education center to provide supervision, care, and curriculum delivery, ensuring children’s safety in accordance with laws and policies. Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly rate is between $16.50 and $22.30. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, and location. The position includes a $1,000 hiring incentive paid after 100 days, subject to eligibility.
