Location and Position Details

• Bright Horizons at Coconut Creek is now hiring in Coconut Creek, FL!
• Full-time positions available for:
• Infant, Toddler, Twos, and Preschool from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m
• Competitive pay ranging from $16.50-$22.30 per hour, based on education and experience.
• Preferred: DCF45hrs/exams completed (contingent upon state residency OR time in field)
• Preferred: CDA

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children (required)
