Bright Horizons at Military Trail is hiring in Military Trail, FL!

• Full-time positions available for Preschool, Twos, and Infants from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to $22.30 per hour based on education and experience.
• Preferred: DCF45hrs/exams completed (contingent upon state residency or time in field).
• Highly Preferred: CDA.

Responsibilities:

• Create hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom following essential procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• Degree in early education or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate is between $16.50 and $22.30. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and organizational factors.

This position includes a $1,000 hiring incentive paid after 100 days of employment, subject to eligibility.
