Job summary

Volare Health, LLC in Grants Pass, OR is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to residents at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center. This full-time role offers day, evening, and night shifts with weekend availability.

Starting wages are $22.77–$29.30 per hour, based on certified experience, plus benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, FSA/HSA, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
• Recent education or completed clinical hours
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
• Perform additional duties as assigned
