Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN shifts at Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Medford, OR. Starting wage ranges from $25.18 to $32.45 per hour based on certified experience, with flexible PRN scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Ability to pick up 1–2 shifts per pay period and 2 weekend shifts per month for PRN status.
• Recent CNA education or completed clinical hours.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Promoting resident safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Documenting vital signs and other care activities accurately.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
• Communicating and collaborating with nurses and other members of the care team.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

• Following individualized care plans and accurately documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas
• Communicating and collaborating with nurses and other members of the care team
• Performing additional duties as assigned
