Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time shifts at French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Woodburn, OR. You will support residents with daily living tasks, follow care plans, and document vital signs, delivering safe, dignified care.

We offer flexible PT evening and night shifts, competitive wages of $22.77–$29.30 per hour, plus benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Recent education or completed clinical hours.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions.
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
• Perform additional duties as assigned
