Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Case Manager at the Eagle Mountain Family Clinic in Eagle Mountain, Utah. You will help clients access community resources, coordinate services, and support client-centered goals within a collaborative team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with SSW licensure or willingness to pursue licensure, plus a valid driver's license and knowledge of social welfare policy. Spanish speakers may see wage increases after testing.

The Eagle Mountain Family Clinic provides a variety of therapeutic services for clients affected by trauma and/or mental illness. As a Case Manager, you'll help clients access community resources, coordinate services, and connect with the support they need while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team to help clients build stability, confidence, and progress toward their personal goals.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

Note: Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.

• Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
• Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.

Salary: $21.36 - $29.88 per hour
