BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home care for clients in Minnesota. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship in clients' homes. Ideal candidates have weekend availability and a compassionate, patient nature.

Qualifications

• Negative TB test or cleared chest X-ray required.
• Available to work two weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with daily activities: meal prep, light housekeeping, errands.
• Provide physical assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers).
• Accompany to appointments and social outings, provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor health and report changes to RN Case Manager.
• Support care coordination and update plan of care.

Looking for Caregivers to work with clients in a 1:1 position in the comfort of their own homes. Assisting clients with things like hands on personal cares, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship. Our ideal Candidate would have every other weekend availability.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
