Silverado St. Charles is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability and relationship-building in a team-focused memory care community.

You lead with heart, promote dignity, and ensure residents experience compassionate daily living support. The position is Part Time, AM shift, Tuesday - Saturday, with a pay range of $19 - $21 USD per hour and a benefits package for eligible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
• Effective English communication (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Anticipated pay range

$19 - $21 USD
