Job summary

Silverado is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory-impairing conditions. Join a memory care leader committed to dignity and joy.

In this full-time role, you’ll work AM shifts Friday through Monday, delivering empathetic daily living assistance, building relationships with residents and families, and maintaining accurate care records, all while thriving in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other conditions preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
