The Princeton Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Care Partner to join a compassionate team. This full-time position requires empathy, strong English communication, and a willingness to assist with daily living activities for residents.

You will work a two-week shift pattern with daytime hours and a focus on creating a caring, inclusive environment while promoting resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support residents with eating and oral care.
• Create an inclusive, positive environment through engagement and empathy.
