Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) adhering to safety and licensing guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (beds, tidying rooms).
• Foster open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
