Job summary

Nature's of Milliken is hiring a full-time Kitchen Crew Member/Packager for our cannabis production team in Colorado. The role focuses on the preparation, cooking, and packaging of cannabis-infused edibles in a safe, regulated environment, following our quality standards and SOPs.

You will weigh, label, log, and package products, sanitize workstations, and manage inventory records. Schedule is 8:30 am–5 pm, Tuesday–Saturday, 40 hours per week, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Colorado cannabis industry badge or be able to apply with the state.
• 1–2 years of bakery/confectionery production experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and packaging.
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods in a kitchen.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and supplies over 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures for production tasks.
• Weigh, store, label, package, and log finished products for inventory control.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of workstations and equipment.
