Proper Brands is seeking a Full-Time Cannabis Culinary Packager for our Rock Hill, Missouri facility. The role starts at $17/hour and involves packaging cannabis products, labeling, and supporting production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include weighing, labeling, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards while ensuring accurate packaging materials and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Passion for medical cannabis.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the efficient packaging of cannabis products during the post-production phase.
• Works closely with the Culinary and Processing departments on tasks at the facility.
• Accurately weigh and package products using packaging materials based on sales orders.
• Prepare all packaging materials, including bags, containers, and labels.
• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
• Ensure that all packages are labeled and identified correctly; resolve and escalate any issues to management.
• Assist in the packaging process as required.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety and sanitation policies; prevent cross-contamination.
