Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Full-Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through cannabis purchases, provide product recommendations, and maintain accurate, engaging displays.

The role requires flexibility for 30–40 hours per week, with weekday and weekend shifts in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn about state and local cannabis regulations.

Formación

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Retail experience is preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and POS software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while ensuring store compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date displays, menus, and a clean store environment.
• Fulfill and pack orders and move items between fulfillment and sales floor as needed.
• Develop product knowledge to advise customers on outcomes and effects.
• Contribute to a positive, teamwork-driven work environment.
