Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Cannabis POS software a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Willing to learn state/local cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience with informed recommendations.
• Operate POS system with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain stocked sales floor, up-to-date displays, and price menus.
• Process and fulfill orders for pickup; handoff to customers.
• Support store leadership in safety, compliance and cleanliness.
• Continuously build product knowledge to advise customers.
• Answer in-store, online, and phone inquiries.
