Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with local/state/company regulations.
• Criminal background check and state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advise customers on cannabis products and usage within allowed guidelines.
• Help customers navigate products and provide educational guidance.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Process transactions at POS and ensure inventory systems reflect stock.
• Assist managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Stock and replenish displays of inventory while following compliance rules.
