Responsabilités

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and equipment.
• Assist with production records, waste tracking, and reporting shortages to supervisor.
• Ensure presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures meet standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Handle food items safely, following safety regulations during prep and service.
• Clean equipment and work area, keeping display equipment spotless.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
