Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and campus policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and access, maintain visitor access records.
• Respond to access-related incidents and unusual activity in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Communicate access concerns and incidents to relevant personnel and complete reports.
• Conduct regular patrols of campus buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access.
