Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and deter unauthorized access.
• Operate access control systems, review alarms and notifications, and report access-related concerns or equipment issues.
• Respond to incidents calmly, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facilities, and perimeter areas, documenting observations.
