Mollie Stone’s Markets Castro location is seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper to be an integral part of the team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask, excellent time management, and the capacity to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities include payroll administration, daily deposits, and balancing the books, along with weekly reports and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of weekly payroll to the corporate payroll department
• Process the daily deposits and balance the books
• Complete weekly reports and paperwork
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Willingness to cashier when required
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items; guide customers to product locations
• Restock inventory and conduct price checks
