Job summary

The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Order Replenishment Merchandisers play a pivotal role in ensuring our beverages are available to customers. If you enjoy merchandising popular beverages, this role is perfect for you!

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Prior merchandising or sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record; must use personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
