Mogollon Treatment Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients in a structured residential program. You will work under clinical supervision, monitor behavior, and assist with implementing individualized treatment plans in a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role involves shifts, including nights and weekends, with opportunities to lead therapeutic activities and participate in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card Required.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients per treatment plans and policies.
• Monitor and document client behavior, mood, and participation in activities.
• Conduct room checks, head counts, and maintain client accountability.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups as assigned.
• Support clients during crisis and follow de-escalation protocols.
• Escort clients to appointments and off-site activities as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to share progress.
