The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for full-time day shifts in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role focuses on observing and supporting patients, maintaining safety, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include enforcing program rules, documenting patient behavior, and de-escalation as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma, nursing care experience, and CPR/First Aid certification where possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years patient care experience OR 1 year patient care experience + Associate's degree required.
• Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards required.
• CPR and Standard First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patients in treatment and report to clinical team.
• Communicate patient behavior with supervisor and clinical team as appropriate.
• Address problem behaviors through verbal de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and legible documentation and records.
• Enforce facility program rules in a firm but fair manner.
• Keep clinical records secure at all times.
