Job summary

The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) in Cherry Hill, NJ, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our team. This RN will care for and educate patients about medical and psychiatric conditions, building trust with patients and families during treatment.

We offer FT Days 7 am–7 pm (3 days/12 hours). Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred. Behavioral health experience desired and RN licensure in good standing are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the State of licensure (RN), active and in good standing required

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation after admission and maintain medical records.
• Administer medications and monitor detoxification processes as indicated.
• Transcribe physician orders and implement medical protocols.
• Coordinate with medical personnel and external resources as needed.
• Document services for each patient in accordance with licensure standards.
• Assess medical and psychiatric needs and expedite treatment when required.
• Communicate concerns about patient health to appropriate personnel and follow up.
