BlueSprig Pediatrics, part of the Florida Autism Center family, is hiring compassionate individuals to provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings. You will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience required — we provide paid training and RBT certification, ongoing mentorship, and career growth. We offer competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), paid holidays, and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor.
• Must obtain a Florida driver's license before completing training.
• Florida Medicaid fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
