Florida Autism Center, part of the BlueSprig family, is hiring compassionate BTs and RBTs to provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings, helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience? No problem! We provide paid training, RBT certification, hands‑on mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow policies, confidentiality and mandated reporting.
