Job summary

Florida Autism Center | BlueSprig Pediatrics is seeking compassionate individuals to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in center-based and/or home-based settings. You will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working one-on-one or in small groups.

No ABA experience? We provide paid training, RBT certification, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork with a passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
