Job summary

Solara Autism Services in Seymour, Connecticut, is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will oversee client programming, supervise behavior therapists, partner with families, and help children with autism develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill-based evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Create and update behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and performance feedback.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical review.
• Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical need.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, session documentation, and insurance-required reports.
• Participate in team meetings, staff training, and clinical case reviews.
