Job summary

Solara Autism Services in Oxford, CT is seeking a compassionate BCBA to oversee client programming, supervise behavior therapists, and partner with families. This full-time role offers center-based and in-home ABA services, with a competitive salary based on experience and a benefits package for eligible employees.

You will help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills while upholding BACB ethics and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Connecticut BCBA licensure or eligibility.
• Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill-based evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Create and update behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Therapists
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and performance feedback
• Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical review
• Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical need
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, session documentation, and insurance-required reports
• Participate in team meetings, staff training, and clinical case reviews
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies
• Promote compassionate, assent-based, and family-centered care
