Job summary

Solara Autism Services in Oxford, CT is seeking a compassionate, experienced BCBA to lead clinical programming and supervise staff. The full-time role involves delivering high-quality ABA services in center-based and in-home settings while partnering with families to foster communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

The BCBA will oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists, ensure data collection, and maintain strict adherence to BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Connecticut behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill-based evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Create and update behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and performance feedback.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical review.
• Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical need.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, session documentation, and insurance-required reports.
• Participate in team meetings, staff training, and clinical case reviews.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies.
• Promote compassionate, assent-based, and family-centered care.
