Job summary

Interactive Kids in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join our Early ABA team for children up to age 6, in center-based and in-home settings. You will assess new learners, develop individualized programming, coach RBTs, and partner with families to ensure meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include conducting VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/ESDM assessments, creating developmentally appropriate plans, analyzing data, and collaborating with speech and OT.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA or BCaBA with active certification.
• Experience with early intervention and naturalistic prescribing models preferred.
• Familiarity with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ESDM Curriculum Checklist advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete new client intakes and initial clinical assessments.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and developmental skills assessments.
• Develop individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans and programming.
• Coach and supervise RBTs and direct care staff on protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with speech, OT, and other providers to support the whole child.
• Provide parent and caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Write insurance authorization reports to support medical necessity.
