Job summary

Interactive Kids is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join our Behavior Stabilization Services team in Marlton, NJ. This is a hands-on consultant role, on the floor with the client, supervising staff and coaching RBTs, collaborating with families, and coordinating with schools.

You’ll conduct functional assessments, develop function-based intervention plans, analyze data, and ensure treatment is implemented with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCaBA credentials or be eligible.
• Experience with functional assessments and behavior reduction.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and staff; provide clinical coaching.
• Willingness to work hands-on on the floor with clients.
• Comfort working with high-intensity behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Complete the intake process, including reviewing pre-admission information.
• Conduct function-based assessments (FAs) and targeted assessments.
• Develop, write, revise, and monitor function-based behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data to inform clinical decisions.
• Develop daily programming, schedules, materials, and treatment supports.
• Complete initial and concurrent insurance authorization reports.
• Train and supervise RBTs and direct care staff; clinical coaching and supervision.
• Lead and participate in team meetings; support discharge planning.
• Serve as a liaison between families, districts, and providers.
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary providers to integrate goals.
• Occasionally serve as site supervisor and coordinate with program leadership.
