Bass Pro Shops’ White River Conference Center, Springfield, MO, seeks a Banquet Cook to prepare and present meals for banquets in a high-volume environment. You will support the Banquet Chef, ensure consistent quality, and participate in menu development as needed.

Located inside Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, this role involves on-site cooking, collaboration with Front of House, and pre-shift briefings to cover menu changes and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year culinary background.
• Experience with large-volume food production.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and assist with food production and ensure quality during preparation and service.
• Provide exceptional guest service through careful execution and immaculate presentation of food and beverage.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to communicate menu changes and operational challenges.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and ensure culinary readiness for service.
• Monitor all food production and ensure recipes are followed.
