Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Bay Shore, NY is hiring a Full-Time Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences while processing transactions and building lasting relationships.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately, promote FourLeaf products, and refer members to appropriate services. Monday to Saturday availability is required, with hours 9:30am–6:30pm on weekdays and 9:30am–4:30pm Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency required.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experiences by processing transactions accurately.
• Identify member needs and refer products/services to meet those needs.
• Manage teller line and drive-up traffic to minimize wait times.
• Support branch operations including opening/closing tasks and daily reports.
