Job summary

Saic is seeking a Full-time Air Traffic Control Instructor for the Charlotte ATCT in Charlotte, NC, to support air traffic controller training services for the FAA.

The candidate will deliver high-quality training and mentor students, ensuring the highest safety and professionalism standards in air traffic control. Required qualifications include at least five years of FAA CPC experience and an FAA Certified Professional Controller certification.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of five years of FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic.
• Strong technical skills with current ATC automation, simulation systems, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and simulation laboratory training.
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO).
• Participate in curriculum design and development.
