Saic is seeking a full-time Air Traffic Control Instructor in Seattle, WA, to join our Controller Training Solutions team. You will provide essential air traffic controller training services for the FAA, ensuring safety and professionalism in air traffic control.

The role requires extensive experience, strong technical skills in ATC systems, and the capacity to mentor students while participating in curriculum development. A FAA CPC certification is mandatory, with a competitive salary range of $40,001 - $80,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic or as a contract instructor.
• Strong technical skills with current ATC automation and simulation systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain radar/non-radar certification at FAA facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom/simulation training to students.
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators as needed.
• Participate in curriculum design and development.
