Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in developing, leading, and administering a successful NCAA Division III women's volleyball program.

You will recruit student-athletes, ensure compliance with College, NCAA and conference rules, monitor academics, and coordinate practices, scheduling, travel, and fundraising while supporting the Director of Athletics.

This role emphasizes collaboration, organizational excellence, and a positive student-athlete experience.
