A Christian Higher Education institution in Dayton, Tennessee is seeking a Head Women’s Volleyball Coach to lead all aspects of the volleyball program. This role supports the academic success of student-athletes and includes supervising the Assistant Volleyball Coach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, master’s preferred.
• Collegiate coaching experience is also preferred.
• A desire to work in a Christian Higher Education atmosphere is necessary.

• Directing all phases of a competitive women’s volleyball program.

Job description

The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach’s responsibilities will include directing all phases of a competitive women’s volleyball program.

Reports to: Vice President of Administration & Athletics

Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree is required, master’s preferred.

Experience Required

• Collegiate coaching experience is also preferred.

Duties

Duties will include but are not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, practice and game administration, spiritual mentoring of players, academic advising, and budgetary control, other administrative duties as assigned by the athletic director, and promoting the academic success of the student-athlete.

• Assistant Volleyball Coach (Part-time)
