Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in developing, leading, and administering a successful NCAA Division III women's volleyball program.

You will recruit student-athletes, ensure compliance with College, NCAA and conference rules, monitor academics, and coordinate practices, scheduling, travel, and fundraising while supporting the Director of Athletics.

This role emphasizes collaboration, organizational excellence, and a positive student-athlete experience.

Qualifications

• Evidence of excellent coaching and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain quality student-athletes.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment of quality student-athletes while maintaining roster expectations.
• Maintain awareness of and adhere to College, NCAA and OAC rules and regulations.
• Assist in monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes.
• Assist in practice to optimize team and individual skill development.
• Assist in scheduling home and away contests.
• Assist in coordinating travel and supervising team members during off-campus travel.
• Assist in fundraising initiatives that support the program's budget.
• Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
