Storage Asset Management is seeking a dynamic sales-driven leader to join our property management team. You will convert inquiries into rentals, conduct engaging facility tours, and ensure premium presentation across our self-storage locations.

The role requires a strong track record in sales or operations, excellent communication, and willingness to work weekends. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential to build community presence and drive occupancy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions.
• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
