Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive storage rentals and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Memphis facilities. You will lead tours, maintain an inviting property, and execute local marketing plans to boost occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive sales mindset, and experience in management, leasing, or operations. Weekend availability, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into storage rentals
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours
• Keep the facility clean and well-maintained
• Perform daily facility inspections for premium presentation
• Implement marketing plans following guidelines
• Establish a visible presence in local associations and community events
• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events
• Mentor assistant managers with sales skills
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees
• Maintain accurate accounting records and transparency
